I love putting myself in new tasks which is the key factor in gaining my skills. Critical thinking and research overcome the challenges in these tasks. I enjoyed working on Zapier integration, building automations on Make, High Level, Manychat, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, etc. Chargeback management is one of the skills I've gained over the years from fraud detection to fighting chargeback cases. I have years of experience in managing customer support teams with individuals working on phones, emails, and chats making sure that the daily operation is in lined with the KPI's set by the client. This is also includes building training modules and developing QA guidelines.
