My name is Elizabeta Nikoloska, certified English teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in TEFL. Dependable and passion driven educator with 5 years of experience working in a high-school in the municipality of Prilep, Macedonia. I have been teaming up with EVS and Peace Corps volunteers since 2015 on various projects, building a trust on the cross cultural bridge for youths in Prilep. I am highly motivated and open-minded person with a great ambition to pursue a personal career in the field of teaching people to use all the potential of their talents and to find their place in the modern society. Pursuing my individual interest while making a meaningful contribution for the others and sharing each others' experiences is a very inspiring idea. I think that each and every individual should give his own contribution in that process. I would like to bring to your attention my interests and experience in the field of working with different profiles of young people, teenagers and adults since I think they could be a valuable asset for me as a potential participant and to mention I still feel like I want to learn more in practice by sharing experiences with others. So far I have worked in different surroundings and with people of different ages and profiles, which allowed me to highly develop my communication skills. In my opinion they are essential for team work, since good inter-personal relations always contribute to the overall success. Having recognized that, I always strive to gain the respect from my surrounding and to have understanding for them. One of the things that got my attention for the project is the new possibility to actually implement my knowledge on working with youth and the educational, intercultural moment regarding that, because so far, I've never explored this area to its limits. I take my professional obligation very seriously. I give my best to fulfill them and I always try to meet the deadlines. If you provide me with the possibility, I will be more than happy to show you that. As a person who truly believes in altruism, I am prepared to dedicate my time, energy and talents to any given project.
