Hi, My name is Eoin from Ireland. Ive been a software developer since 2012. I have a BSc in Computing from DIT, Dublin Ireland. Ive been a web developer for 4 years with nearly 3 full years of Ruby on Rails with some Javascript development. I also have a lot of experience with Wordpress and some ASP.net MVC/C#. Technologies and Practices i am most familiar with: - Ruby on Rails 3/4 - Writing JSON APIs - Using PostgresSQL/MySQL - Git for version control (usually springloops or bitbucket) - Cloud providers (Digital Ocean, Azure, Heroku, AWS) - Familiar with payment systems (mastercard's Simplify) - JQuery/JS and some AngularJS 1.4 and am currently learning ReactJS - Consuming 3rd Party APIs (facebook, instagram, twitter, google+) - Linux server environment. - Rspec with capybara or protractor with selenium for unit/integration and acceptance testing. (i try to aim for 80% code coverage for tests) - Working remotely (Slack/Trello/Jira/Skype) + 100MB connection
