Tool agnostic, I work in programs from Microsoft Office on the basic end to R, SAS, Tableau, and SPSS (to name a few). On the IT side I do a bit of everything. I manage exchange and Office 365 accounts; build databases; develop AWS environments; migrate between data centers; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; deploy and manage physical networks from service drop to wall port; configure FTP, VPN, and Active Directory services; you name it.
