The client came to me, with a very original idea, about building an app, that will apply discount to any order, of any website that has subscribed the service, in exchange of sharing the brand in social media. It was an awesome idea that built on top of a wordpress installation. Clients could define discounts in hard cash amounts or percentages, plus, it was protected by domain and had social media verification, to be sure that the user made the sharing before applying the discount. Also, we worked a lot to make it as easy as possible for the users to implement the embed code into their websites, together with colors customization options that would fit any website, of any industry. All coded in php and JavaScript, with minimal overload and resources for the client and the server infrastructure.

Most people doesn't know how complex (and evil) email systems are. There are involved a half dozens of programs, running a server, with another half dozens of configuration and protocols you need to follow to be sure that your emails will reach destination. The idea was to make an app, where the user will send an email to a dynamically generated address and it will run a report, against all config settings, blacklist and it will also generate a SpamAssassing report and content analysis. The setup was pretty complex, as it checks every configuration setting in an emails server (rDNS, DMARC, DKIM, SPF), plus it get's a complete report form SpamAssassin & does a content analysis for best practices. The backend setup was based on postfix, plus several linux tools for the DNS checks and SpamAssassin. The dynamically generated address was made with a combination of nodejs backend, with redis to store every report generated. Plus some extra encryption for sensitive data. Crossplatform cli

The whole app is built around Vue.js with Vuetify and a custom setup with apache cordova to generate the mobile native builds. On top of that, there is very complex plain javascript code to detect movement, expand & move elements on the design, that work on any screen size but maintains a direct and perfect relation with the export size defined by the user, maintaining the aspect ratio and any align & dimension change set up by the user. All code is cross browser compatible, and there is no hacks or specific code per platform (except for the touch events that are specified defined for mobile devices). Also, there are integrated several external api's as Ads serving, multi language support & stats, plus the setup of the landing page, express.js backend, with HAproxy load balancer on LXD Containers.
