I analyze and strategically implement the Customer Insights to provide the best way forward for Business decision. In my current role, holistic view of Customer Complaints, Digital Feedback, Suggestions and Surveys is included to determine the pain points for client and amend process, products and information. I have reviewed Customer Journey across multiple touch points and utilized the insights which helped the management gauge customer needs and understand what is of utmost importance to the clients. The referred outcomes and initiatives were fully budgeted, planned and executed with assistance from projects team. I prefer to communicate with customers and resolve their queries or concerns. A well prepared script along with identified internal stakeholders help with quickly addressing and closing queries. The feedback is then collated in regular time intervals to review any process or product improvements warranted with given trends.
