Hi! I'm Sheena, an agile project manager. I most recently managed the marketing team of a SaaS model company where my main focus was ensuring the successful completion of on-budget projects to rapidly accelerate subscriber growth. We accomplished this through a multitude of marketing initiatives ranging from lead generation campaigns to conversion tool creation all while lowering our lead acquisition cost. Additionally, I also managed the operations team of the same organization. With this, I learned the ins and outs of a tech company behind the scenes. My responsibilities ranged from project oversight on payroll, month end, and billing, IT needs, our company and community events, executive assistance, human resources, to our campus renovation projects.
