Background: - Received offer from Shiva (skillfulphp) and awarded June 18 - Paid milestone - Received notice that all terms were clear for completion by June 25 then June 27 then June 30th My Mistake: - Using someone without history of good feedback and without a high project completion score If you value your project run the other way if it looks like (skillfulphp / Shiva Modi) is bidding on it. Shiva's actual comment, when I confronted him about the delay's: June 27, 2012 Alex : Shiva why haven't you been communicating on daily basis as was agreed? Shiva: yeah but after that there have been delays and i got a bad client who put a incomplete review on my profile Alex: sir, you have not honored your commttment with me, I'm disappointed with this Shiva: i could not, there were 3 clients shouting at me Alex : I think your taking on more than you can handle, which causes the clients to suffer
