Hello, I am Francis Miguel E. Toreja. I am would like to get the position. I have been in the Call Center or BPO Industry for more that 10 years. This is the first time that I am trying Freelancer. In my BPO career, I have been achieving awards after awards. I have been with AT&T Technical support, Thrive Market Chat support and Advertising team, Vivint Home Security Tech Support and also with Expedia as Customer Service rep. I have been these companies and campaigns not just as a Production Floor Agent or Associate but also as a Product Trainer, a Team Leader and a Subject Matter Expert. As of now, I am looking for a homebased job to help provide the needs of my family. I am currently not able to work for an office-based job here in the Philippines due to someone needs to look after my 2 little girls, take them back and forth to school from home everyday and my wife cannot do that as for she is a teacher for kids with special needs . I am really keen in following guidelines and instructions and I am very trainable. I am very flexible in work hours and I can work with minimal or no supervision . I always work with Integrity and Honesty and I make sure I finish all my task before I take my rest.
