Design a classy book cover

I have republishing a book on ethics. I would like a cover similar to the original with the same classy feel. Included is a copy of the original hardcover showing the front and spine. The back will be different so I didn't include it.

The winning submission is to be provied in photoshop format with all the layers/fonts etc on the provided template ensuring that all text is withing the appropriate bleed lines.

Text for the cover and spine should be the same as in the picture that is included. My logo (attached) should also be added to the bottom of the spine.

The back should feature the barcode at the bottom right or left (up to you, it's included in the template) as well as the following text -

Thank you all so much. There are some wonderful entries here.

I'll start workign out which I like then talking to some readers and the rights holder to see what they like best. I'll try not to ask for any tweaks unless you're the winner, however if it's down to a couple of you and we can't choose I might see if we can get the small changes done and see if that helps clarify things.

There are some really great covers, but at the moment the backs are where you can really shine.

The back is actually 3 parts.
1/ The blurb.
2/ Author bio.
3/ The quotes.

They don't need to be in the order I have the text. Stick a quote at the top if you like, use only 1 quote. Highlight the author bio. Try doing things to break up the large amount of text and make it look less like a big block of text. And please don't use BLURB: and QUOTE:. They're for you to know what the different sections are!
