  Hi,
  This is getting better, but till bit tuning required..
  
  1. Remove the balloon thread & the tied up edge. Without that it was better. Or, all the 3 threads should be converging into the center.
  2. The "Worth for Wallet" should be more smaller.
  3. Can you pls. make the pebble type for the word "Shopping" also.
  4. The shopping bag with the shadow images doesnt merge well. Just create one without the bigger shopping bags as its already there in the hands of the shadow images..

     Hope the other 3 points are clear.
     
     For the 4th point, you have currently embossed the family image on the shopping bag. Just separate that and remove the bigger shopping bags.
     
     Hope its clear now...do let me know if otherwise..
