Design a poster which shows the following benefits of Sun for our body -
- HAEMOGLOBIN in Blood is directly linked to the sunshine you receive.
- Skin manufactures VITAMNIN D in presence of sunlight. Throw your Vitamin D tablets
- Two glands that help in secreting most HORMONES in body need at 15-20 of daily sunlight to function properly.
- When you get too much Sun, body will tell you to stop when the burning sensation starts. DON’T USE SUNCREEN LOTIONS, as it stops the body to do its work and you end up over exposing yourself to Sun.
- Sunlight strengthens and tones the SKIN and keeps it looking young and healthy.
- Sunlight aids in absorption of CALCIUM in body, Calcium Sandoz pills are no good without sunlight.
- Best time for Sunbath is before 9am and after 4pm
- Few minutes of daily SUNBATH is must for everyone who is unwell.
- Stop running away from Sun. Its your best friend and ultimate source of all your energy.
