Have AROC in block letters on the shirt but the letters are made up of specific words in a variety of different sizes. See examples included.

Here are the words for the T-Shirt. Feel free to design in a way that looks cool but the ones in ALL CAPS are the most important so having some of those be the bigger ones if possible. I would also say have ACCOUNTABLE, RELENTLESS, OPEN and CARING being in a bigger font. Have the letters AROC across the chest and designed to be made up of the words below (see list and examples)
