Design an App Mockup/ WEBSITE for Code Switch Media

Code Switch Media is a company that creates content and digital products for the Professional Interpreting and Translation Industry. CODE SWITCH is a linguistic term meaning to switch back and forth between two different languages. At launch we will have english/spanish but will later add other apps in a variety of language pairs, including sign language. We would like a cohesive design between our website and our first app. The app is set to launch in September. We have the basic framework of the app built. The app will be a set of specialized glossaries with terminology from various fields and each one will be a separate page with the terminology for that catergory. The home page should have some nice design, perhaps the logo..there will be a real time universal search bar at the top of the page on the home screen and then each category will have a search bar at the top. We need small icons for each category. These are the current categories: LEGAL, MEDICAL, MILITARY/TERRORISM, FORENSICS, BALLISTICS, TECHNOLOGY, BANKING/FINANCE, BUSINESS,MARKETING,FASHION, NARCO CULTURE/DRUGS,COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD AND THEIR LANGUAGES, PHRASES/IDIOMATIC EXPRESSIONS, SWEAR WORDS, AND ENVIRONMENT. Ideally each category should have a specific color and as you switch from one to another the accent colors on the page would change. Need to design icon button for the following tools: My lists, Groups, Events, Favorites, History, Settings
Also must design a profile page for the user. User should be able to customize photo, edit info, etc.

Must take into consideration that this is a lot of WORDS so please choose a design which will not cause rapid eye fatigue in the user. Also after launch of mobile app will launch app for apple/android watches. please take into consideration with design. Should have the

Users of the App will be able to become content creators by adding terms into the app and then we will decide what is included in the updates.
NO flags or country colors in the design. Nothing that looks like all of the very dull looking reference apps or websites already out there.
We need a company logo for Code Switch Media as well as an ICON for the app which is currently being called intraKIT. (which is interpreter/translators' kit
Could also use just CODE SWITCH for the app or if you have any ideas for the name and icon we would be happy to consider.

Our current website www.codeswitchmedia.com is just a place holder page. At this point we don't need much for the website. Obviously we want to lock in a design and color and theme, ect. But we don't have to have many pages. We want it to wow in design. Please look at the current websites of
NAJIT.ORG, ATANET.ORG, ITI.ORG.UK, EC.EUROPA.EU. Those are all leading associations for our industry. We feel like they are all way behind the times with their websites, branding, etc. Our industry is poorly understood by others, and is very invisible due to the nature of what we do. (interpret other people's words, or translate other people's writings.)
We want to take this industry by storm and become the epicenter for technology, networking, training, ect. We want to be on the cutting edge. Our design must communicate that. Also must communicate that this is a respected profession. It should not look cartoony, hipster, or social media"ish" ect (even though we will have social media integration.)

Sorry but your brief is really not clear at all, it doesn't describe what you are looking for, what the app is going to look like in term of wireframe. It will be very helpful for the contestants and for you as you will have more entries. Thank you for your understanding.
