Develop a web based database for tracking inspections of equipment

Looking to have a database that can be integrated into a website. Likely using WIX.

Database will have Products, Inspectors and Inspections. The software will be a place where someone could go in a document monthly inspections on AED's. Reporting features and email notification triggers will need to be included. Along with expiration date reminders. Admin panel will have full access to create and edit People (inspectors), Products (equipment) which has expirable products. The Inspections will be linked to each product (serial number). The system will send out monthly inspection reminders (email/text) to inspectors as well as reminders about expiration dates. The best working Demo will win and money will be released on full completion and satisfaction. Additional money may be given for additional work needed to finalize product. Would also like the ability to have the product made into a smart phone app. IOS and Google. Please make it work well and make it nice in terms of design.
