I'm on the hunt for a skilled designer who can seamlessly breathe new life into an existing PDF file, incorporating a series of specific branding changes while preserving and enhancing its interactive elements. The end goal is a professional, engaging, and interactive PDF that aligns perfectly with my brand's new direction.

**Specific Changes I'm Looking For:**
- **Color Scheme Alteration:** A fresh palette that resonates with my brand's energy and vision.
- **Logo Replacement:** Out with the old and in with my unique logo, ensuring it blends well with the new scheme and background.
- **Content Management:** Some existing content needs to go. I'm counting on your expertise to remove unnecessary sections and rearrange what remains to achieve a fluid, logical, and aesthetically pleasing layout.
- **Interactive Features Retention:** The document currently contains interactive buttons and hyperlinks that I want to keep functional and integrate seamlessly with the new design.

**Final Deliverable:**
