We're looking for a talented Web Designer to revamp our current evaluation tool on our Website, making it more dynamic and modern and attractive for users.

The problem with the existing design is that it requires users to input too much information, leading them to abandon the process at either Step 2 or Step 3 due to its excessive length.

Create a new layout for ALL STEPS for Desktop and Mobile, with the sample content as on the Screenshots attached.

Also, adding a process indicator at the top could be beneficial here, providing users with feedback such as "30% done," "50% done," etc., which could help alleviate their concerns about the length of the process and encourage them to continue.

The ideal candidate will transform the static layout into a visually engaging experience. Mobile optimization is crucial, while maintaining desktop compatibility as depicted in the provided screenshot. If you're creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating captivating web experiences, we want to hear from you!

on left side there is progress bar and design is responsive in both mobile and desktop and highly animated and at the end will show result hope you will like it !

and at the end there wil be result which will cover entire screen similar thing i have done for recent client with progress bar you can check on my profile ! thanks !

I have created progress bar on top of form showing how much user has completed form this way they will engage in form survery and we will get less return from their from from step 2 or 3 :)
