I'm looking for a skilled and creative graphic designer to update an old flyer of mine which is currently in JPEG format. Your job will consist of two main parts:

1. Replacing one image on the flyer. I have this new image prepared and will provide it to you. Your role will be to expertly integrate this image into the original flyer.

2. Transforming the image flyer into an editable Word document. I want the ability to modify the text in the flyer at will.

Ideal candidates for this job would have significant experience in graphic design, and particularly in working with both JPEG files and MS Word documents. Proficiency in image modification and a good eye for aesthetic integration of images is key. I anticipate an efficient and attractive result.
