The site is currently in Colibri and is a front end to a teacher/student/admin communications portal. However, it's very corporate looking:

I am looking for a WordPress designer to spruce up the Colibri template to give a better identity (it is too corporate right now) and reflect the mission and also the look and feel of the internal product (screenshots attached). Please provide a couple of comps of what the proposed web site would look like with your assistance. I am looking for someone that can go to the site and modify the Colibri template. If you do not have experience working in WordPress, do not apply.
