Interior design of open plan residential area.

I am undertaking a renovation of my house and am looking for interior design/styling input. Attached are plans of the space being created, and I am looking for additional design/styling input to the main open plan area and bathroom.

Fixed Features:
The Floorplan is fixed as attached. The construction work is already fixed, and no walls or doors can be moved.
The overall layout of the kitchen and dining room cannot be altered.
The layout of the TV area is fairly fixed.
The coffered ceiling (indicated as a blue outline on the lighting plan) must remain. (example https://www.instyleled.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/frontroom6-finished-300x225.jpg). This will include LED strip lighting to illuminate the central ceiling areas.
The ceiling lighting plan must remain, but floor lamps or table lamps have not yet been decided.

Preferences:
Door style is not yet fixed, but likely to be very similar to this: https://www.doorstore.co.uk/milan-white-oak-door-40mm
Flooring not yet fixed, but likely to be similar to https://www.porcelainsuperstore.co.uk/products/madison-cherry. This can be adjusted for the right design.
Kitchen style will be a handleless design. Preference is graphite/carbon, with black worktops, but you can adjust to suit your design. Note that the island is a “2-level” island, with the higher level having waterfall edges, similar in design to this: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/8a/83/aa/8a83aa30876619611005e40174bfe626.jpg Attached is a preferred layout but adjust colour/finish to suit your scheme.
Consider vertical wooden slat panelling behind the TV. The TV will be 85”, with low profile wall mounted speakers, but design features to soften the area so that the TV doesn’t dominate the room are appreciated.
Current fire surround is light mango wood, and dining table and chairs are the same. Preference is to keep these items and make the rest of the scheme fit, but they can be changed if necessary.

Mood:
Contemporary, Cosy, Gentlemans Club. Classy Dining.

Design input:
The office can be ignored. That will be a separate competition.
There will be a separate competition for design of the joinery behind the dining table. For now, there is no need to pay too much attention to the joinery except that this area will be for drinks/wine storage and preparation.
You do not need to consider the pantry.

Entrants should pay particular attention to:

The overall colour scheme, including ceilings and walls, drapery, floor coverings, furniture, styling, or any panelling. Colours should be contemporary, classy, and have a little bit of drama. Dark paints are OK. Cosiness is important, particularly in the TV area, but the whole design needs to be coherent throughout the main open plan area. The bathroom shouldn’t feel disjointed, but should be brighter, and reflect a little luxury.

The layout around the fireplace and front bay window. This area doesn’t feel quite right at the moment. Consider bookshelf/games storage (perhaps upholstered on top) under the window in the bay (which is a full-height bay with half height windows). We do want some moveable chairs to pull up close to the main sofa when necessary, but we need some guidance on how this end of the room will work. Consider built in shelves/storage between the fireplace and the window unless that will unbalance the design.

(Note, there are children and dogs to bear in mind)

Lean towards minimalism, but consider clever storage features.

Output:
You will provide sufficient information to understand your ideas. This may include specific product recommendations. You may include a textual explanation of your proposal. You may include paint RAL/BS codes. You must include coloured sketches or 3D renders. (Sketches/Renders for each entry must include enough images to show the whole scheme) You may submit as many entries as you like, either as multiple options within a single entry, or as separate entries.

I have uploaded the DWG of the pre-renovation layout. I do not have a DWG of the post renovation layout. I hope the DWG is sufficient to get measurements that are close enough to produce your designs. Ceiling height is 2.4m.

If I can get a DWG of the revised layout I will upload that.
