We need a logo for a powerlifting competition that we're starting in the United States in the state of Mississippi. The name of the powerlifting competition is:

MASA Powerlifting Championship

MASA stands for the Mississippi Association of Strength Athletes. Powerlifting is a strength sport that focuses on three primary lifts: the squat, the bench press, and the deadlift. In powerlifting competitions, participants aim to lift the heaviest weight possible in each of the three exercises. Powerlifting is a focus on strength and power, and challenging your body to its fullest strength potential.

Here are some notes for what I'd like to see in the logo:
- The use of a barbell with at least three or four weights on each side
- Not required, but I wonder if the outline of our state (Mississippi) would look good somewhere in the logo. Again, this is not required. Example: https://i.imgur.com/c3F2VAy.jpg
- The logo should focus on weightlifting in some way
- The logo either needs to say MASA Powerlifting Championship in the forefront or as the focus

On handover, we'll need a color palette key, a miniaturized version of the logo (for use in small spaces), access to fonts used, as well as both Illustrator and Photoshop original files. We'll be using your design on our website to promote the competition, and t-shirts for the competitors.
