Telemedicine Application

Hello! I propose a Telemedicine Application for terrestial and space and between application, where there is possible for licensed surgeons and/or doctors to collaborate and give surgery operations through telemedicine (haptic feedback robotic hands). DTN Protocol makes sure there are no loss of movement and feedback packets. One or more main surgeons will perform the operation while others can review and either learn or help by message if something is wrong that main surgeon hasn't noticed. So in future there would be possible to perform surgery from Earth to Moon or Mars base. Of course there must be safety systems (distance measurement and virtual surgery) for delayed feedback. Virtual surgery could be performed by Earth surgeon on 3d patient model, and surgeon in planetary base will follow 3d surgery. Also there could be database of previously performed surgeries and symptoms, that will help to decide what to do with new patients.
