Project Description: Python program to download from netu tv

I am looking for a Python developer to create a custom program with advanced functionality that will allow me to download videos from netu tv. The program should have the following features:

- Ability to download videos from netu tv with the best resolution
- The program must only ask for the netu url (ex: https://waaw.ac/f/puLV4Lub2Hg8 or https://hqq.ac/e/V0hVWjFKY3MvZG5nYlhZRFNNT2R1Zz09)
- If the video contains subtitles, they have to be downloaded too

The deadline for this project is within a week, so I need someone who can start working on it immediately and deliver the program within the specified timeframe.

The program should be compatible with MacOS Or Windows, as that is the operating system I am using. It should be able to run smoothly and efficiently on this platform.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming language
- Experience in web scraping and working with APIs
- Familiarity with video downloading and processing libraries
