We need help creating a logo to rebrand our company. The logo needs to be vector quality with high definition and able to use across multiple platforms without loss of definition when changing sizes. Please include both vector files (SCV, EPS) and standard image files (PNG, JPEG, GIF) when contest is awarded.

We are replacing our company's old logo. The attached logo is a basis for the the new logo. PL8PIC is the world's first license plate reading mobile application. You can be creative with this project but the letters PL8 must be separated by space from the letters PIC. The logo needs to be the shape of a license plate and the font used for the lettering should be a standard license plate font and capitalized like seen on license plates. The colors used for this project should be the colors represented. Artistic liberty will be allowed in terms of font and colors if a sleak design is created that grabs attention.

Any color outside the license plate should be transparent. There should not be a blue outline unless that is part of your concept.

Please keep the artwork minimalistic. The logo should not be too busy.
