      Letter head, and everything else is really to plain. Should at least have full logo in upper left corner and stripe going across the bottom or top.

    My suggestion on the proper size for a QR code on a business card is that it be no smaller than 1 by 1 inch however, most QR codes on business cards are at least 1.75 by 1.75 inches. Can you print black background QR codes? The short answer is - probably not. More: http://qrcodematrix.com/2011/10/inverted-qr-codes-black-backgrounds/
