The idea is to make renders on the pictures attached. I need to show the landlord what it would look like in the actual spaces. (Attached photos)

I'm seeking a creative and skilled 3D artist to create a captivating outdoor render of two possible locations for my new business. We'll be selling beer on tap along with natural juices and smoothies from a marina, and I'm envisioning a strong, vibrant tropical theme.

Key Points:
- The render must depict both locations.
- The focus should be on the outdoor view. Make good use of the marina setting.
- The main elements to incorporate into the design are palm trees and beach vibes. I want it to exude a contagious, carefree tropical vibe.

I'd like to work with someone with experience with 3D rendering and a knack for bright, tropical themes. If you have a portfolio of similar work, please be sure to include it in your bid. In your proposal, please outline how you plan to approach this project and any ideas you have to make this render a standout. Let's bring this tropical paradise to life!

For the indoor location, we should use plants in the design, as we would be replacing a spot where they currently have plants. We want them to feel like we incorporated the pants in the design.

We would like a 3D render of the two locations. The idea is to design on top of the image sent so I can show the landlord what the kiosk would look like. For indoors one it should occupy the space right next to the stairs where the reindeer are and wor the out side it could be like a 9m2, (3X3) or similar kiosk. Both designs should be made in top of the actual pictures
