I would like an updated logo, and a couple of tee shirt designs. we are an excavation company that runs heavy equipment and trucking In the mountains in Colorado. I would like a newer, catchy logo that reflects that. The company Is called Steamboat Sprigs Excavating, or SSX for short. I was thinking a tire track left by the tire tread in the attached picture incorporated into the logo somewhere would be cool (as if the logo has been ran over by a loader of something). I also attached the old company logo.

Another good idea would be having a modern shape or cartoon of a new style excavator. I Attached a picture of new style excavator.

  I wanted to participate and after I saw that #193 entry I stopped. It's awesome. Now that I know how tasteless you are, I'm not even wasting my time. Go ahead and buy yourself a landscape and then realize it looks awful printed, embroidered and placed everywhere. Unbelievable. You come here looking for cheap labor and you are going to end up getting scammed by someone who knows nothing about design. Karma will get you. You wanted cheap, you are going to get cheap. The cheapest looking logo among others.

  You are so tasteless. I can't believe you rejected #193 by Khanh Vung. I've been critiquing designers on Freelancer for years. This is the first time I see a really cool and meaningful logo (unless is a copy, but I don't have time for that and you don't know either). Caterpillar would have bought it for thousands. What's wrong with you? Did you even take a minute to see what was offered there? It's a freaking icon made out of the 2 letters S in a shape of a tire tread. Minimal and clean. Why in the f**cks would you need excavators, mountains and all that crap? You got yourself the best possible logo for only $190 and you are screwing it. Look around and see if you have any item, accessory, piece of technology with a busy logo? Your ego is digging a whole for your branding dreams. Wake up!

#193 by Khanh Vung is by far the best entry. #55 by Alexander could be a second choice. Anything else would be a crime against good taste. At the moment there are 208 entries.
