Lady Justice Scales

I need to have designed up a set of scales based on the ones held by Lady Justice the statue on top of the Old Bailey in the City of London. They will have to be made in parts with bearings added to make it work as a proper 2 pan balance (set of scales). The scales will also need a central support added together with a turned base.

I will thereafter organise the parts to be milled in brass.

Ideally I would like to have the product manufactured by milling and turning in brass, polished and the clear stove lacquered. Finally the addition of 3 bearings and assembly of parts.

I will need 1 prototype and then will be buying in batches of 10. I also need some weights turned and polished in brass. Each set of weights would be 1 x 5g, 2 x 10g, 1 x 25g, 1 x 50g, 2 x 100g, 1 x 200g, 1 x 500g. The weights could be left with a smooth turned finish.

if you can organise the manufacture that would be wonderful. I must say I am looking for a very good finish. I cannot accept scratches or uneven finishes. All parts must be made from a good quality brass and the scales must be stove lacquered not cold lacquered.
