2 x wordpress landing pages needed in the next 7 hours

I have a landing page which has some text / images and a simple web form where people can pre-register for something.
It's not done in wordpress (It's Laravel), but I want someone to replicate the design and functionality of the landing page in a new / clean installation of wordpress (I'll provide the server / clean install of wordpress).
This means simply creating a new page in wordpress, and copying the images and text from the current Laravel site, creating a web form that submits to a database, and that's it! It's SIMPLE.
It MUST be fixed price (you can see the current landing page so you'll be able to quote a fixed price), and it MUST be done in 7 hours from the time I post this job, so that's 10:30pm Melbourne time.
No payment will be made until complete, tested, and working. No payment will be made if it's not completed by the deadline.
There are actually two landing pages (different designs, from different websites) that need replicating in wordpress. You are welcome to bid for 1 or both landing pages.
I expect there's 3 hours work per landing page, max.

1) Tell me your hourly rate so I can estimate roughly what your fixed price will be

3) Confirm your understanding of what I need, in your own words
4) Confirm you can complete either one, or both by 10:30pm Melbourne time
