Correct QBO Reconciliation issue.

I had a Bookkeeper reconcile my account in 2019, however, when i was checking i found some issues for payments incorrectly allocated to invoices. I being a novice deleted the offending records without reconciling them first.
I am trying to start reconciliation for this year however there is a warning saying reconciliation error has occurred and starting balance is -$477.31 that needs to be fixed. However when i go to try and fix these issues as the records were deleted they do no show anything so i cant do anything.
I need this fixed so i can start reconciliation process with the correct starting balance.
