Adding interactive elements to 360 images

I am looking for someone that can add interactive elements and stitch together 360 images. This project will involve the following activities:
- adding hotspots
- cropping and adding video overlays
- adding text and images to interactive elements
- stitching 360 images
You will need After Effects CC, Lightroom, and Photoshop. You will also be using 3DVista (I will supply the license for this program). If you haven't used 3DVista before, that is fine. There are many tutorials and I am willing to work with you to get comfortable with this software.
This is a single project but could turn into very regular work as the business launches.
