Config of EMail Server on Win2012 & AWS

Need help in configuring an E_Mail server on WinServer 2012 and AWS.

I have received the allowance from Amazon to send out eMails. I have included in the Route53 the MX records and I installed hMailServer, which I also have already configured.

However, the system is not working. I need someone with knowledge in doing this kind of TCP configuration and sysadmin work and getting it done (sending out eMails, receiving eMails, providing POP3) Potentially some configuration of the Standard Windows Firewall.
