Introduction
Small physical store – Convenience store selling groceries and hot food such as burgers, chips etc.
Reference app - My 7-Eleven Australia – available on Playstore and Apple
Recommendation around – Integrating app into POS, or as a stand-alone system which is then synched with POS to apply discounts etc.
Looking for someone to deliver all aspects from developing the app to making the app go live and offer support up to an agreed time frame.
Front end
Features
Loyalty program – offer $20 discount based on the spend in last 4 weeks such as spend $300 in 4 weeks, get $20 discount. - Customer should have visibility of their progress – for example customer should clearly be able to see that they have spent $250 and just need to spend another $50 in a certain duration to avail the program.
Rewards – every 7th visit get something for free such as Can of soft drink, free chocolate etc
Customer should have clear visibility of their number of visits.
Pages
• Unique barcode – for scanning at POS,
• Offers – simple graphics with some descriptive text
• Rewards – with expiry
• Loyalty – spending/expiry – and fixed amount discount once loyalty requirements have been met.

Initially 1 site (Rewards/Loyalty will change based on site location/name), with potential to use for multiple sites in future.
Should be able to extract customer data into CSV, or excel
Be able to plan upcoming promotions/Offers in advance which go live on a set date in the future.
Apply discounts/Freebies to the POS on scanning the customer QR Code/Barcode .
Backup of customer data to a NAS or Cloud based storage.
Tracking of Reward/Loyalty history.
