I am looking for someone who can edit and existing source code done in PHP. It is a ticket booking system which has the following parts:
1. A Front end whereby customers can book tickets via the website
2. An admin panel for office use whereby the office staff can book/buy tickets for walk in customers and print them or send to customer email or whatsapp.
3. Customers should be able to make a booking via whatsapp whereby they go through a menu in whatsapp which firstly greets them, then asks them their name and surname, where they are coming from and their destination, how many tickets they want to book,then asks them for their passport number and phone number and finally confirms the booking. all this should then be updated onto the ticketing platform
4. A very simple android application for my conductors to use on our android pos machines to book tickets for customers and this android app should be connected to the same booking system on the web such that all information is updated in real time
5. the admin panel for the ticketing office should allow offline use such that if the network (wifi) is down then the office staff should still be able to issue tickets which are saved on the local harddrive and are updated to the cloud once the system reconnects to the network internet.
so to summarize the system: It is a simple ticket booking system that my staff can book tickets for our walk in customers and choose to print or send to the customers email or whatsapp. the system should also do luggage tickets as our customers travel with luggage and sometimes just choose to send the luggage by itself. so the system should accomodate this function to book the luggage separately. secondly it should have the main frontend whereby the customer can visit our site and book/buy bus tickets by themselves. the final part of the system should allow customers to book via whatsapp, whereby they go through a menu in whatsapp which firstly greets them, then asks them their name and surname, where they are coming from and their destination, how many tickets they want to book,then asks them for their passport number and phone number and finally confirms the booking. all this should then be updated onto the ticketing platform.
