I require a mobile app to be created for iOS and Android.
My company is a real estate investment firm that offers opportunities to invest in a variety of portfolios.
The purpose of the app will be:
1. to provide information on the available investment opportunities
2. to potentially include a 30 second introductory how-to video
3. to allow a user to create a username and password and be able to login securely
4. Once logged in the user will need to access forms, electronically sign forms and fund the investment with a secure payment system. Investment amounts could be as low as $250 and no limit on the high side.
(i) Payment systems will need to be evaluated for transaction cost pros and cons. I am not opposed to capping the funding amount on the app if transaction costs are too high and provide details to the user of alternatives.
(ii) A calculation will be required in the payment process to establish how much will needed to be funded
5. Forms signed in the app will need to be submitted to us so we can meet regulatory requirements.
6. While the user is logged in, ideally the app will have the capability of specifying what investments the user has made with us. The value of the investment will not change so it will be strictly informative for now.

The app will need to function seamlessly and utilize systems whereby information that is provided is completely secure.
The app needs to be very professional in appearance and functionality and I cant emphasize enough the process from being on the app, to logging in accessing documents, signing docs and funding needs to be a very simple straight forward process.
I will not be selecting someone in the first 48 hours of project posting so please take some time to learn more about the product I need.
