Poultry breeding farm breeds chicken by hatching eggs in their hatcheries. They grow the checks with small contract farmers all over the country. They provide all the necessary food, and medicines for the chicks to grow. They have managers who go to a few allocated farms every day to visit the farms and record the progress of the farm.
We will develop a mobile app that works will work offline as well and publish the data to the cloud server when the phone is connected to the internet. Store the data offline at least 7 days of losing internet/data connection.

2) Workflow
2.1) Farm Supervisor
1. Supervisor will be assigned to visit X number of farms (clients) each day and report the activity on the day using the mobile app.
a. The daily activity reported will be:
i. Number of Mortality
ii. Quantity of Feed consumption
iii. Closing stock
iv. medicines used
v. around 5 to 10 text fields for them to fill in. With ability to add dynamic fields by Admin so Supervisor can view the new fields added by Admin.
2. When the Supervisor travels each day to visit the farm, upon reaching within the 50-meter radius of the farm the app using GPS will show the name of the farm for the supervisor to choose for his reporting. Other farms will not appear. Once that is done.
3. Supervisor will use his mobile phone camera to take a photo or video of incidents and upload the media to the system.
a. User can only take picture using the phone and the photo taken will be directly uploaded.
b. Date and time of photo taken will be auto captured from the photo and displayed in the app as well.
4. No access to Gallery.
a. Uploading of photo is disabled from a photo app.
b. They cannot upload a photo from the gallery. Gallery access will be restricted. They can only upload the photo taken then and there using the app.
5. Each farm will be set up in the back-end administrator backend using a web app. GPS coordinate will be used to track the location of each of the farms.
6. Every supervisor will not have login access. System upon download will capture the IMEI number and auto register the person to the system. With a registration code generated and given by Admin.
2.2) Farm owners (Clients)
farm owners (clients) will use the same app using their own login.
They will not be required to login. When they open the app, system will automatically know who the user is.
1. When they open the app, they will be able to add the same report (filling in the same form as supervisor) Supervisor has reported in their farm.
The daily activity reported will be:
