Existing Ionic 4 app: Add API and Twilio chat functionality

This project is to add API and Twilio text chat functionality to an existing Ionic 4 / Angular iOS app. The existing app has the UI, views, templates and navigation already completed. It just uses static placeholder data. You will be connecting the app to a remote API to serve live data in the app. I will provide code examples to query the API for data.
You will also be using the Twilio javascript SDK to display chat conversations and send new messages. There is existing code that integrates the Twilio native iOS sdk to handle notifications - you just need to adding loading conversation threads, unread counts, display messages and sending new messages to the Ionic app.
We are using all default Ionic templates and UI components which have already been implemented, so this project should be fast for anyone familiar with Ionic / Angular (to add the API calls) and the Twilio javascript SDK.
I am looking for someone that can start immediately and complete this in a few days. There will be additional tasks for this app after this so there is a chance for ongoing work here as well.
I will provide:
-- Details wireframes of how the app should work and data to be displayed
-- API documentation and example javascript code for making API calls
-- Existing Ionic project with existing UI code
You will create functionality for:
-- Add API calls for account creation and sign in
-- API calls for updating account settings
-- API calls for Images tab, Nearby Tab and Friends tab
-- API calls for saving phone contacts
-- Twilio fetching subscribed conversations
-- Twilio fetching converation messages
-- Twilio sending new message
