help with my Youtube channel: Animation and logo

I am a new blogger and I am looking for a short animation vid leading into a title card for my YouTube channel site and a logo. I am also starting a website so I would like something compatible for both.
My site is basically political and comic oriented. The logo is MG. I would like the logo to look like the bat symbol coming off a roof with a MG in the middle instead of a bat.
Title is Midwest to Gotham Presents with you are the resistance under it in smaller fonts. Logo can fade out, explode, whatever you can make happen.
Animation is a man standing outside Capitol Hill or the Whitehouse in plain clothes. A few huge monsters break out the capital building wearing judge wigs or robes. Man runs dives into a voting booth. Comes out the booth and charges a beam of energy like the kamamawave in the dragon ball anime. The beam can come out a green lantern like ring with MG on it or just his hands if that is how it has to go. Video is 10 sec or so. Last shot shows the camera going up to the roof showing the symbol I discussed earlier. I hope that was clear.
Can you do this, can we discuss rates. Sites not up yet so time is not a huge factor. I don’t think I need a song but I take suggestions. Sound maybe, like monster noise when they come out and a laser blast when he destroys them. Perhaps at the end of the shot it can say you are the resistance. I am up for suggestions.
