phpbb3 portal site modification and repair

I am running a site ([url removed, login to view]) on phpbb3 with [url removed, login to view] mods. I want some simple work done; should be no problem for an experienced coder. I just put this out for bid and the last coder was unable to do the work, and has now damaged the site. I cannot seem to access it. I need to get the site up and running again, get the proper borders, widths and things reset. I will send all the specs on this. I need this completed ASAP!!! After fixing the site, I would like the following done. 1.) Add an extra bar beneath the logo/picture and put the search box in that. I will send an example of how I want this to look. 2.) Download and add a coppermine photo gallery ([url removed, login to view]) and install it on ths site similar to how it functions at [url removed, login to view] . I want only registered users to be able to upload photos. 3.) Ensure that the main logo [url removed, login to view] is properly sized for ALL browsers. I notice on some computers it is wider than on others. I want a uniform size to be maintained. 4.) Let me know how easy it is to add an RSS link into the forums. In other words, I have the RSS feed address, is it possible to open a new user account for the SOLE purpose of posting new info/articles from this feed into a dedicated category? If easily done, let's do it, I will provide RSS link and if needed create the user account. 5.) Change colors of phpbb3portal box headlines/topics. I will provide color code. 6.) Let me know how easy it is to create an RSS feed for others to subscribe to. Can all articles that are posted by users be made into an RSS feed that anyone on the web can subscribe to? This is done at another site similar to mine. Please advise, and if we can, lets do this as well. 7.) Remove one company quote from the stock ticker section 8.) Help me get the feeds on the left side functioning again, I will explain more.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
