Make air pump with vacuum motor include valve for ON/OFF

I want to make air pump with 12V vacuum motor.
Those are connected with rubber hose and valve is include too
I need wireless remote 4 button too.
A/B/C is ON button and D is Off button
When press ON the valve is close and motor is make vacuum for intake air
When press OFF the valve is open then all air is release so no more vacuum
A/B/C are differents are just how many vacuum %
A is maximum
B is 50%
C is 10%
If you have more question or interested please let me know
And a lot of people try my project but nobody finish this
so i would like pay after all finish
I have common materials list but you can add
or you can make my model in your house and after making finish then send to my country
