Migrate ASP.NET website from 32-bit IIS to 64-bit IIS

We have website running IIS 5.0 on Windows 2000. Now we've installed windows 2003 R2 64-bit version. I did migration using IIS migration tools but facing numerous errors basically regarding ODBC connections in code. I've configured running IIS in 32-bit mode but didn't help. Errors about connections in code. Quick job for person who knows what to do.
