Crypto cross exchange arbitrage order book matching bot

Need to make a robot which can fetch price and order book from 2 exchanges for BNB/USDT

1. Binance

2. Poloniex

Now each exchange account will have 10000$ and 30 BNB each

Now depending upon the order book buy and sell price at each exchange

1. If Binance “Sell” book latest lowest order is LOWER than “buy” book at Poloniex then as per the lastest order volume -- BUY instantly at Binance and SELL at Poloniex

2. If Binance “buy” book latest highest book is Lower than “sell” book at Poloniex then as per the latest order volume – Sell instantly at Binance and BUY at Poloniex

While doing such arbitrage order book latest price should match and volume of that order which ever is lower shall only be executed

Such can be developed in whatever language you prefer which can fetch live order books from those 2 exchanges and also execute orders.
