Carbon copy of website

I need to do a carbon copy of Pewarisan.com.

I am not the owner of that website but need to do something similar.

You must propose the right platform i.e using Wix or PHP MySQL for example with pros and cons on running cost. Also the location and customer will be from Malaysia

Project Scope:

Develop a website for an Islamic-Law (Shariah) based organization, whose services include management of the following:

- Muslim will (wasiat) creation

- Muslim gift-upon-passing (hibah) allotment contract

- Muslim matrimonial-property (harta sepencarian) contract

Expected Project Duration: 4-6 weeks

Main Features of the Website:

1) Website to offer a free Faraid-calculator (Note: Faraid is a concept which determines the distribution of a deceased's property to heirs in portions as set out in Islamic Law)

a. Calculation requires several inputs e.g.: Estimated asset value (type: currency), number of heir (type: number), gender of each heir (type: male/female), marital status of each heirs (type: single/married/divorced), relationship with each heir (type: mother/father/son/daughter/brother/sister/wife/husband)

b. This calculation shall be in a form of estimate and upon display of result, User shall be prompted to sign-in/offer to proceed with more services e.g., creation of the Muslim-will.

2) As the service involves a certain level of personal data, website needs to have T&C disclaimer and be password protected. Therefore, for sign-up User (creation of User Profile) needs to be able to input relevant personal details. User should also have the option to sign-up/log-in using major accounts like Facebook, Google, etc.

3) There will be a fixed pricelist for the services offered which can be selected on its own or as a bundle-package.

4) Typical User process experience flow is illustrated per APPENDIX 1.

5) Key functionalities of the website​:

a. Main actions – Input, edit, save and return to form

b. Both User and Administrator view – Provide tracking of job status, activity history, back-end data to be structured and can be exported to MsExcel

c. Secured document/file repository, able to handle multiple file types e.g., MsWord, pdf, etc. uploaded from either local drive or main cloud storage e.g. Google Drive, iCloud.

d. Perform payment transaction through a secured payment gateway

e. Print receipt/certificate

f. Select calendar availability to book for appointment

1) Simple and user-friendly interface, preferably compatible view on mobile devices

2) Secured

3) Flexible structure to allow for future development/expansion

4) Accuracy per Islamic-Law (Shariah)
