Hello freelancer,

I need a simple website for internal use within my organization, and it should function according to my requirements, which I will outline below:

[login to view URL] website will be used for my employees to record details of packages that my customers send to my warehouse.

2. On the homepage of the website (primarily for desktop view):

2.1. It should display a table of records of packages previously recorded in the system, sorted by default from the newest to the oldest.

2.2. Each column should be sortable in ascending (A->Z) and descending (Z->A) order.

2.3. There should be a universal search system, meaning that entering any text into the search box should retrieve and display records related to that search term (the search system should not refresh the page when searching).

2.4. There should be a button for our employees to add new records.

2.5. A dropdown should allow selecting the number of records displayed per page.

2.6. Each record should be clickable to edit its details.

2.7. Each record should be deletable with a confirmation prompt.

2.8. The columns to be displayed are as follows:

3. There should be a user password system since we have a small number of employees. I will directly set user, password, and access level (please advise whether through a database or file). Access levels should include admin, employee, and manager.

4. When an employee clicks the "Add Record" button, a form should appear for them to enter package details. This should primarily be designed for handheld devices with approximately 7-inch screens:

4.1. Employees should be able to take pictures of the package by clicking a camera button, allowing multiple photos (thumbnails of taken photos should be displayed in sequence).

4.2. Employees should select the date and time of package receipt.

4.3. Employees should enter the customer prefix.

4.4. Employees should enter the customer ID.

4.5. Employees should enter the tracking number (or scan it from the handheld device).

4.6. Employees should enter the package's width.

4.7. Employees should enter the package's length.

4.8. Employees should enter the package's height.

4.9. Employees should enter the package's weight.

5. All newly added packages should have the initial status "New," and the Staff column should be marked as N/A, indicating that no employee from other departments is assigned to take care of the package. The status should change to "Assigned" when an employee is assigned to the package.

6. When accessing each record to edit or update package information, the screen should be divided into two parts:

6.1. Part (1) on the left side displays the record data for editing. Only the employee who created the record, admin, or manager can edit the information in 4.1-4.9. Other employees can only assign themselves to be responsible for the package, and multiple employees can be assigned to one package. When assigned, a notification should be sent to the assigned employees through Slack API or Whatsapp API or LINE api ( which one is easy ? )

6.2. Part (2) on the right side is a messaging system where employees can type update messages, attach additional photos or files, and use emoji icons. This section will be used by all employees involved with the package to keep track of notes and updates.

7. I want a modern UX/UI design, not just plain forms and tables. It should work well on desktop, especially the "Add Record" page, which needs to be user-friendly and easy to use on handheld devices.

8. The code you develop should be resource-efficient, work quickly, and be ready for future feature development.

To make it easier for me to decide on the winning freelancer, please include samples of forms you have previously developed or systems that closely match my requirements.
