Little Program Needed

I need a little Windows program that does the following:

Please see attached files: A picture that shows how the program should look like plus some comments and three sample files for testing.

1) The program loads three different existing txt files. I can select them via a "browse" button (Each txt file contains 1 article. All articles have a title and the same number of paragraphs)

2) I can enter an output directory where output files shall be saved (in txt format)

3) I can enter a number which represents the number of output articles the program shall create

4) By pressing the "Start" button the program does the following. It creates new articles by mixing the three source articles together randomly. Every new article is different and saved into the output directory, having a title and the same number of paragraphs. Program shall only choose between the "same" paragraphs. So as the first paragraph program can only take the first paragraph of either file #1,#2 or #3. It can not take the fourth paragraph as first paragraph.

Let say we have the three resource articles called A,B and C with 6 different paragraphs each:

A2 B2 C2

A3 B3 C3

A4 B4 C4

A5 B5 C5

A6 B6 C6

Example output article #1:

C6

Example output article #2:

C1

A6

Example output article #3:

A6

etc.

So it's pretty simple I guess but please ask if you have questions.
