I have a windows form App done using C# doing some calculations. I want an expert who can transform the app to a WCF service and then create a client capable of making request to the WCF service. All the code is written what I need is an expert who understands how WCF services work and how to deploy and send requests using a client App in C#. The WCF service will be deployed in a VM running IIS in AWS
