Edit a WordPress Plugin - Small PHP Job (Reposted)

I need a few lines of php written to slightly change how a WordPress plugin outputs its data.
I'm using a search directory plugin which outputs listings in a responsive grid format.
Each of my listings has a specific custom field value to categorize them. (subscription type)
Instead of all my listings being displayed in one row with lots of columns, I would like the plugin to display a new row per custom field value.
CURRENT SETUP :
ROW > COLUMNS
DESIRED SETUP :
ROW (Custom Field #1) > COLUMNS
ROW (Custom Field #2) > COLUMNS
ROW (Custom Field #3) > COLUMNS

The code will look similar to below (which works for checking field type) it's the output code that is proving difficult.
