Event Speaker Coordinator

We are an event company that runs exhibitions and conferences. I need someone to work with us in putting a programme of speakers together for our events. This is potentially a full time role. Duties would include

Contacting possible speakers about speaking at our events via email, LinkedIn, phone etc.

Liaising with existing speakers to make sure we have their details for brochures such as bio, photos, talk titles etc.

It is not essential but a huge bonus would be the ability to tell which conference streams a speaker might be most suitable to and to be able to assign them to that section based on their experience, talk title etc.
