I am looking for a writer who can write informative, interesting, and fascinating articles on various consumer-oriented subjects. If you are good at this kind of writing, then please continue reading. The project consists of two parts: 1) taking 184 existing articles and either editing or re-writing them entirely to meet a set of standards I will provide. Then, 2) write an additional 176 number of new articles for specific keyword phrases that I provide. The existing articles will be in a text format to be either edited or re-written. Then I'll supply a list of keyword phrases to write new articles on. The length of each article should be a minimum of 350 words and up to 500 (or longer if necessary). The finished articles must be delivered free of spelling errors. Each new article will consist of a headline, a sub-headline and body. The keyword phrase must be contained in the headline, sub-headline as well in each paragraph throughout the body of the article. I will request that each writer submit a sample article for a keyword phrase I supply. The final candidate will be chosen based on their writing sample. Article must be written for consumers, therefore non-technical in nature. Each article must be interesting and/or fascinating and provide the reader helpful hints or tips about the subject matter. Each article must provide at least one bit of information that is not common knowledge. Each article must be original. Style must be interesting, very conversational, filled with everyday language and expressions. I don't like big, stuffy or stilted-sounding words or phrases. Instead, I like simple, easy-to-understand and exciting copy. I will provide an example of an opening of an article that I've written as a template for the type of writing.
## Deliverables
1) All work delivered must be original and not violate any copyright.
2) Writer must agree to indemnify Buyer and take full responsibility for any costs of any copyright infringement action including damages and attorney's fees should they occur.
3) Bidder agrees to keep the nature of his/her writing assignments and the fact that the articles will be published under the name of the Buyer strictly confidential.
4) All work shall be delivered to the Buyer in a text file, and shall be spell checked, and fact checked.
5) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
