Build a microsoft app store in-app purchase app

I have a windows desktop application A, NOT an app store app. I want to create a separate application B in microsoft store, free, but with a couple of add-ons, such as Training, Clicks, etc. I will ship B with A, or users can download B from app store, and inside B, click a link to download A. At run time, A can start B, B will list all the Addons on Microsoft store, with image and price, description and buy button. The user can buy the addons.
So this project is for the store App B, which has download links, buy buttons, etc. It will be able to be start with A with a shell call.
It has to be C++. Qt preferred but not desired.
Will need all source code and pass debug and deployment.
